Welcome to our web page! Established in 1975, PD&E (formerly IEDCTA) is a recognized group member organization of both the U.S. Dressage Federation (USDF) & the U.S. Eventing Association (USEA). Our primary focus is to support and promote the sports of dressage and combined training in the Palouse region -- and have fun doing it!
